Marlene In Black and White
A portrait session with Marlène, just the two of us, in the Pentland Hills, south of Edinburgh.
Marlène is Austrian, but she has lived in Scotland for years. She speaks perfect English, loves the country, and is even learning Gaelic. That day she wore all black with a Scottish kilt. I shot the whole session in black and white, high contrast, the kind that brings out the roughness and raw character of Scotland.
